By filling out your medical history, insurance details, and personal information ahead of time, our clinicians can prepare for your care and minimize in-office wait time.

At Smiles For Life, we want to make exceptional dental care as accessible as possible. We are proud to be PPO and Premier providers with Delta Dental and accept Blue Cross Blue Shield fee schedules.

We’re happy to file claims on your behalf for most major PPO insurance plans, unless your plan restricts you to a specific provider. If you’re unsure about your coverage, our friendly front desk team can walk you through your benefits, help verify eligibility, and give you a clear breakdown of any out-of-pocket costs before treatment begins.
